Here are the projects that I have worked on.
Sheung Keng Hau Village House
I took part in a village house project located in Tai Wai, from this project I was capable to create detailed digital model and detailed CAD drawing using different softwares, and regulation of residential building and the procurement process of the project.
Lantau Island
Luxury House
Development
I assisted on the 3D modelling, elevation design and floor plans of the overall design of the project. I also assisted on the material research on glazing and door detail, which are also added into the model for detailed rendering.
The studio uses Cumbernauld in Glasgow to experiment and study the contemporary urban planning. The project uses metabolism as a tool to explore the possibility of Cumbernauld.
The Hari
I participated in a local hotel project which was supposed to be opened in 2020, and I mainly took part in the disabled toilet in the hotel rooms, and some other minor parts of the hotel project. I was also capable of drawing detailed CAD drawing and digital models through this project and got to know some building code for public buildings.
HKUST Campus Master Plan
The campus was planning to expand to house more students and staff. I participated in the initial research of the Campus Master Plan which consisted of MLP, NOFA research, including diagrams for MLP drawings and study of site landscape with the use of self-made 3D site model of the campus .
The project was located in Leith, a town in Edinburgh. The studio was aimed to provide a solution for the community to reserve the memories and celebrate the plurality of the place.
Yen Chow Street Modular Social Housing Project
It was a housing project which adopted MiC as the construction method to build a social housing in idle land. I mainly worked on the preparation for the construction drawings for submission to authorities.
Goodman Data Centre
A few photoshoped perspectives were required by client to visualise the building. I assisted on the 3D modelling, 3D rendering of the project, including elevation design and photoshop of the required images.
Augmented Reality(AR) is a digital visualisation tool and demonstration tool to visualise and explain the spatial element of a project.
